We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Your payment has to be converted to Hong Kong Dollars by your bank, so your bank may charge you a small fee for currency conversion.
We use Hong Kong Post for local Hong Kong deliveries, and DHL for all deliveries outside of Hong Kong.
Once an order is placed, please allow for 24-48 hours for the order to be processed and provided to the shipping courier. Once your order is picked up by the shipping courier you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
Yes, you can. Once you're order payment is successful and your order is confirmed, we will send you a mail containing your order details and tracking information. Please note that the shipping company may take a day or two to update the tracking information after we handover the items to them.

Our goal is to get every order delivered as quickly as possible. For us to accomplish this, once an order has been successfully placed, we are unable to cancel or make any edits to it. We do offer free returns and exchanges* within 30 days of your order date so if you ordered the incorrect item, we can get the correct item exchanged for you for free HERE.
