Ghosting Series 1

There are a few routines that you can carry out either at home or outdoors in a relatively small area. Each routine contains one with a racket and one without racket. Each should be carried out for a duration of 90 seconds and ideally repeat it 3 times with a 1 minute interval in between each routine. This will help you keep fit and improve your footwork while we're all in lockdown. Enjoy!
