Phil has been a professional squash tour player and coach for over 30 years. He reached a world ranking of 140, and has worked as a squash professional in various clubs and countries in the world, most recently the Head Squash Professional at the Hong Kong Football Club for the past 24 years.
During his tenure in Asia, Phil has won a record 10 Asian Jumbo Doubles Championship Titles.
His knowledge of the game and its equipment is extensive. Having been on the Research & Design team of other squash brands for the past 30 years. He has first hand knowledge of the process and requirements to design and manufacture extremely high quality squash rackets, bags, apparel and equipment.
His longstanding connections with the Manufacturing factories in China and Taiwan give Blade an advantageous insight into new innovative construction materials, ideas and designs, combined with his passion for Japanese martial arts and his desire to be a warrior on the court, Phil has created BLADE, the next level in squash technology, racket design and equipment.

Carmen Lee has been playing squash since she was 7. She’s being Hong Kong representative when she reached the aged of 13, and became a full time professional squash player at the age of 17.
Carmen reached a highest world ranking of 62. Carmen retired from full time squash tour player when she was 24 years old and turned her hand to teaching squash and has since been assistant squash professional at the Hong Kong Football Club, as well as winning a record 9 consecutive HKFC Ladies champion titles.
Carmen has been a great addition to the Blade design team, helping modify the new Katana frame as well leading the sales team in Hong Kong.

He started playing at age 10 in UK. Represented Berkshire at junior ages, and became county Junior Champion, entered top 20 UK junior u16 and u19, and became Southern Area u19 champion.
Jonathan is now aiming for Qtr Finals or better in British Open o45s and World Masters.
He is currently the Head Coach at The Island House, and also coaches at the Four Walls Squash & Social Club.

Playing since age 7, Josh is just starting out on the world tour. In recognition of Josh's outstanding passion and talent for the game, his favourite racket was personalised for him. He's an England Squash Level 2 coach, currently coaching for New Malden Squash Club in Surrey.
